How do I contact Customer Care?
There are five ways of handling any customer care issues you may have. The first 3 are free, the last two you pay for:

1. Refer to your Starter Pack
2. Look at the FAQs and Troubleshooting tips listed on the website
3. Contact us via email through Customer Care and receive a response within 48 hours.
4. Call our Customer Care line on 1203 from your handset. The cost of this call is the standard call rate. Alternatively, call 1300 800 629 from a landline. Calls are charged at the standard call rate.
