3 Steps to Help Yourself

1. Register for Do Not Call register
   • www.donotcall.gov.au
   • Register easily by phone on 1300 792 958
   • POST: Download a postal application and send it to:
     Do Not Call Register
     PO Box 42
     North Melbourne VIC 3051
2. SMS
   • Reply the word STOP to any unsolicited SMS every time your receive one.
3. Call
   • Your Carrier & ask them to bar unwanted SMS Messages
   • TIO (Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman), they follow up all complaints directly with the carriers. Contact details: 1800 062 058.
   • CTN (Consumers Telecommunications Network Watchdog). Contact details: www.ctn.org.au & (02) 9572 6007.
