The following low rates apply all day, every day:

| Voicemail retrieval (121): | 12c per 30 seconds, no flagfall charge |
| Account balance (126713): | FREE |
| Recharge line (126711): | Free |
| Last 3 calls line (126714): | FREE |

Are there any other charges related to the service?
These small fees help us to keep our call rates so low, and allow us to provide you with call credits which never expire:

Other charges:
A charge applies if you want to swap your number, or if you need to replace your SIM. If the SIM is faulty, we will replace it free of charge.

How much does it cost to send an SMS to my friend overseas?
You can send an SMS directly from your mobile to another mobile phone connected to any GSM network in Australia or to any GSM network overseas that Savvytel has an SMS agreement with. This is charged at the same rate as an SMS within Australia (15c.)
