There are five ways of handling any customer care issues you may have. The first 3 are free, the last two you pay for:
- Refer to your Starter Pack
- Look at the FAQs and Troubleshooting tips listed on the website
- Contact us via email through Customer Care and receive a response within 48 hours.
- Call our Customer Care line on 126712 from your handset. The cost of this call is the standard call rate. Alternatively, call 1300 885 446 from a landline. Calls are charged at the standard call rate.
