How do I purchase a SavvyTel Prepay SIM card?

A SavvyTel Prepay Pack can be purchased through our website at www.savvytel.com.au.

Savvytel SIM Cards can also be purchased from premium outlets. Call Savvytel on (02) 99062433 during business hours for your nearest retailer.

What services are available on SavvyTel Prepay?

SavvyTel offers a wide range of services including;

  • 121, listen to your voicemail messages any time by dialling 121 from your mobile.
  • 1505, personalise your voicemail greeting or choose one of our fun pre-recorded greetings by dialling 1505 from your mobile.
  • MMS - sending multimedia messages from a MMS capable mobile.
  • SMS - send messages (160 characters) to any mobile within Australia or overseas (provided an agreement with that country is in place.)

Do I have to register my credit card with you?

No, Savvytel's website allows you to enter your credit card details each time you recharge, or Savvytel can store your credit card details in our secure member's area.

Is my credit history checked by SavvyTel?

No, however we do perform an ID check when you purchase a SavvyTel SIM for security reasons. Please review our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions for more information.
