What are Savvytel's rates?
Savvytel has created a number of different rate plans to meets the needs of our customers. Those rate plans may have different charges for the services used e.g. SMS, MMS and call charges. To verify the charges that apply to you, please refer to the relevant rate plan you have chosen. You can find all plans at www.savvytel.com.au or you can call 1300 800 629 and speak to a customer care agent for assistance.
Are there any other charges related to the service?
These small fees help us to keep our call rates so low, and allow us to provide you with call credits which never expire:

A charge applies if you want to swap your number, or if you need to replace your SIM. If the SIM is faulty, we will replace it free of charge.

How much does it cost to send an SMS to my friend overseas?
You can send an SMS directly from your mobile to another mobile phone connected to any GSM network in Australia or to any GSM network overseas that Savvytel has an SMS agreement with. For charges please refer to the rate plan you have choosen.
