What to do if you wish to cancel the mobile service?
If you wish to cancel your own post paid service simply call customer care team for assistance, or email accounts@savvytel.com.au
A few things that you need to know before you cancel the service.
It must be the person who’s name is on the account to cancel.
As you pay in advance for this service if you decide to cancel at any time before the next payment is due there is no refund.
We only send out a final account if you happen to have gone over the CAP amount during that period.
If you cancel by email we will respond to the request within one business day.
