Can I change between Savvytel products (prepaid, prepaid CAP and postpaid CAP)?
Yes, absolutely!

If you are simply looking to transfer between prepaid products, that is; SavvyLite, Call Credits Never Expire or the Prepaid Caps you will simply need to contact us on 1203 (from your Savvytel mobile) or 1300 800 629 (from any touchtone phone).

We will change your rateplan over the phone and within minutes you will be connected to the new plan of your choice. For you to make full use of your new prepaid plan, we do recommend you recharge. This can be done over the phone with our friendly Customer Care team OR independently through your Savvytel myAccount, through our online recharge feature or in person at any of the 50,000 Australian retailers who offer our recharges via Touch and Epay. If you are looking to change from any of our prepaid plans to a CAP plan, we will need a formal application to allow us to do an employment and credit check. You may visit www.savvytel.com.au/caps to complete this application. We will be in touch with you within two business days to advise you of the outcome of your application!

Can I change between the different values of Postpaid CAP plans?
Yes, you are able to change your CAP (either upgrade or downgrade by one plan value) once per month at the beginning or end of the billing cycle. This falls on the 14th or 15th of each month. To change your postpaid CAP value, simply send us an email to accounts@savvytel.com.au stating your mobile phone number, account number (found on your bills) and the value of CAP that you wish to change to. We will process the request at the end of the billing cycle to take effect for the next billing cycle.

We do take into consideration specific or extenuating circumstances. Therefore, if you wish to discuss a change of plan within a billing cycle, please contact us on 1203 (your Savvytel mobile phone) or 1300 800 629 (any touchtone phone).

Can I go from postpaid to prepaid?
Again, the answer is YES!

Because our Postpaid Caps are contract free, you are more than welcome to move from a Postpaid Cap to any of our prepaid products.

However, to ensure that you make the most of your included CAP value, the change from Postpaid to Prepaid is completed at the end of each billing cycle.

To change from Postpaid to Prepaid, simply call us on 1203 (your Savvytel mobile phone) or 1300 800 629 (any touchtone phone) between 9AM and 4.30PM Mon-Fri.

Our accounts team will receive the details on your request and organise the transfer for the end of the billing cycle. For the change in plan to take effect, we will also require your authority to nominate your registered credit card for one of the recharge denominations of your selected prepaid plan.

On the nominated day (14th or 15th of the month), we will change your rateplan to your desired prepaid plan and apply credits to your account!
