At SavvyTel, we refresh your credits every 30 days so that your call credits NEVER expire.
In the event that the service is not used for a period of 6 months (that is: no calls, no SMS, no activity), we reserve the right to deem the SIM to be lost or stolen. At this time the SIM will be switched off. In the event that the SIM is switched off, any credits remaining will be lost.
